The Bay Foundation of Morro Bay is a 501(c)(3) organization and fiscal sponsor for local environmental programs along the Central Coast of California. The Foundation is an all-volunteer board of directors, providing an administrative framework for its programs by applying for grants, managing program funding, and employing the staff of the programs.
